Many argue that even a dedicated Healer class could deal damage, almost as though it had been a White Mage of types: some thing which dealt damage that turned to heals, buffed others with Diablo Gold spells, and cast holy magic. It seems like a good addition and, once more, would be something that changed the world of Diablo. However, this sounds an awful lot like the Paladin or Crusader, that will probably not appear for lore motives, and what is worse, it would be much more magic-inclined version of the class essentially.

That would lead to a large problem: the Barbarian is a melee class, the Druid is a shapeshifter that may fill in a tank/up front function with magical support, along with also the Sorcerer is a caster class. Adding a different dedicated magic course, even if it had been a damage-dealer, would heavily sway Diablo 4 toward magical courses. That would indicate the last course would have to be a dex-based course like the Amazon, instead of there being a split between the various forms of classes. In addition to all that, a Healer-based course would offset any equilibrium concerning encounters, too weak and the experiences will be incredibly demanding or just two overpowered and the encounters will not feel engaging.

As aforementioned, adding a Healer-focused class would change a lot about Diablo's gameplay, to the stage it might not even be Diablo more. In the majority of games using a Healer, even ones capable of any harm output, they must hang back. This is the case for healers in World of Warcraft, Overwatch, so many more games because, as any enemy obviously will, Healers will be well targeted. In Diablo's case especially, this might mean there would have to be a basic change where hanging back and forth healing, while somehow dealing damage in spurts, was possible. But the gameplay is far too fast-paced from this, and a change of this size would upset several.

On top of that, it can be readily seen why those who like to cure would like some type of representation in Diablo 4. A lot of games have courses that focus on recovery, but these games are often forced co-op or multiplayer games. Because of this, a Healer course would be largely weakened concerning solo play, as their abilities may be buy Diablo Immortal Gold centered on recovery themselves and even others, but keeping up with the damage output would be hard unless the course was overpowered. This might mean the Healer class would only work for people with dedicated classes to play with, and devoting one entire course to such a tiny niche (because there oftentimes see to be more of those who DON'T want to play heals than the ones that do) would only bring more than it brought up.
